Our Service is now operating remotely, offering same-day appointments. If you'd like an appointment, please email us with your ID number, phone number and preference for video or phone call. Please note that we will call you back from a withheld number. Requests will be prioritised according to need and severity. We are now offering a new online workshop programme for 27 April to 16 September 2023. Dedicated workshops, facilitated by the Counselling and Mental Health Service, will cover coping with anxiety, low mood and reassessment to help you to relax, study and work more effectively using the Zoom virtual meetings platform.
